Phuket’s dining scene is about to sparkle like never before as the Phuket Hotels Association presents the very first PHOODIE. It's the island's premier food festival in November 2026. Over eight flavour-packed days, dozens of the island’s most popular hotel restaurants and bars will open their kitchens to showcase the creativity, diversity and passion that define Phuket’s culinary landscape.

Participating PHA member hotels are pulling out all the stops to celebrate the island’s extraordinary flavours.
