Flavours Unleashed, Phuket on Plate

Dining at PHOODIE Festival 2026 is nothing short of a sensory adventure. For eight extraordinary days, Phuket Hotels Association member restaurants will showcase their menus.  Every meal tells a story and every dish is a passport to discovery.

Imagine strolling from the sizzling aroma of Thai street food to the elegance of Michelin-inspired tasting menus, with each PHOODIE experience revealing a new layer of flavour, culture and creativity.

PHA member hotels open their doors to showcase signature restaurants and hidden gems, inviting festival-goers to indulge in everything from delicate Southern Thai curries to fresh seafood straight from the Andaman, from artisanal desserts to plant-based innovations crafted for the modern palate.

Hotel chefs step out of their kitchens to meet guests face-to-face, sharing the inspirations behind their culinary creations. Whether you’re savoring a chef’s specialty dish in a candlelit resort pavilion, or dining on grilled seafood beachside, the experiences are designed to delight, surprise and connect. This is not just dining,  it’s an island-wide celebration where food becomes theatre, hospitality becomes storytelling, and every bite is a memory waiting to be made.

At PHOODIE Festival 2026, you don’t just taste Phuket, you live it. Come hungry. Leave amazed.

Eco Bites

At PHOODIE Festival, sustainability is at the heart of every bite. Participating chefs embrace the farm-to-table philosophy, sourcing seasonal produce, herbs, and spices directly from Phuket’s local farmers and fishermen. By celebrating fresh, regional ingredients, the festival not only reduces food miles but also supports community livelihoods. From organic vegetables and free-range meats to responsibly caught seafood, PHOODIE showcases how delicious dining can also be environmentally conscious.
