The Phuket Hotels Association (PHA) is delighted to serve up PHOODIE. An eight-day festival that is a deliciously daring celebration of flavour, flair and island spirit. For eight glorious days in November 2028, PHA member hotels will fling open their kitchens, pour a little magic into every glass, and invite you to savour the mouthwatering unexpected.
